Plan to register for the 2013 community indoor soccer season of the Edmonton Southeast Soccer Association (ESESA).

How to Register
SAVE TIME!! Complete the fill-in registration form from www.southeastsoccer.ca. Print 4 copies and bring them with you to the zone registrations. All cheques should be made payable the Edmonton South East Soccer Association (ESESA). A Community League membership is required to register for soccer. There will be community League memberships available for sale at the registration locations.

BRING cheques for:
o Registration (can combine for family)
o Volunteer deposit ($150.00) - 1 per family (deposit cheques are held)
o Uniform deposit ($75.00) 1 cheque per player over U6
o Community League Membership (Expires Aug 31, 2014)

1. Attend the Zone-wide registrations:
1) Thursday, August 29th 6:30 – 8:30 PM
Ritchie Community League Hall (7727 - 98 St NW)

2) Saturday, September 7th 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Bonnie Doon Mall, Near Tony Roma’s

Please bring the registrant's birth certificate (or other Gov’t ID) and your community league membership card to registration.

2. Mail-in your registration. Only through prior arrangement with the ESESA administrator (780 469 7344)
NB—Online registration is not available.
